Lan Kim

With a background in sales at two financial planning firms, more than five years of customer service experience, and as someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and going the extra mile, it occurred to Lan at an early age that he was more than capable and equally interested in pursuing work as a real estate agent. After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in general business, Lan wasted no time and found work at Windermere Real Estate in Downtown Bellevue. Lan’s success in life has not only been determined by his hard work and reputable ambitions, but also by his collaborative approach to life. He believes his success in this business will be reflected by his capacity to help his clients to the absolute best of his ability.

In his off-time, Lan works out, plays tennis, reads motivational books, and goes out for cocktails with his friends. Lan commits to putting his customers’ needs first, working tirelessly, and one day becoming the face of the real estate industry.
